An AIIMS New Delhi and Cancer Institute Adyar alumnus, Dr. Shoufeej P. M is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at Baby Memorial Hospital, Calicut. With over eight years of experience, he specializes in precision oncology, immunotherapy, and the management of solid and hematological malignancies. He is an active member of ASCO and ESMO.
Dr. Surij Salih

Senior Consultant – Surgical Oncology
A highly skilled Senior Surgical Oncologist with over 15 years of experience , Dr. Surij Salih specializes in Head and Neck surgery. Certified by the European Board of Surgical Oncology , he delivers advanced surgical care backed by over a decade of clinical and academic leadership.

A Gold Medalist in Medical Oncology and a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh), Dr. Varun Rajan has over 10 years of experience in delivering personalised cancer care. He specialises in advanced therapies including Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), CAR-T cell therapy, and immunotherapy. Currently leading the Oncology unit at Medical Trust Hospital, Kochi.

A Senior Resident in Radiation Oncology with specialised expertise in advanced radiotherapy techniques, including SBRT, VMAT and IGRT. She is proficient in 3D and 4D-CT simulation workflows and complex motion management techniques. She is dedicated to delivering high-precision oncological care, having successfully planned and delivered over 200 complex treatments annually.

Currently, he serves as the CEO of Dr. Nisars Global Scans and is an Assistant Professor at MMC, Ulliyeri.

An experienced Psycho-Oncologist and academician, Neeha Jose is an alumna of Montfort College and Malabar Cancer Centre, Thalassery. She completed her Fellowship in Psycho-Oncology and specializes in providing psychotherapy, distress management, and genetic counseling for cancer patients. Currently, she is actively involved in clinical research, teaching, and has multiple international publications and presentations in psychological interventions.

Consultant – Clinical Nutrition and OncoDietetics
An alumnus of Padmashree Institute, Bangalore (B.Sc. & M.Sc.), Fayiz MN specializes in medical nutrition therapy for oncology, cardiac care, and lifestyle diseases. He has extensive experience in ICU nutritional management and personalized meal planning. He currently focuses on BMI analysis and clinical nutrition at Securra Health Technologies.

Clinical Pharmacist
A dedicated Clinical Pharmacist, Mubashir K holds a Pharm D from Kerala University of Health Sciences. He specialises in medication therapy management with clinical internship experience at KMCT Medical College and MVR Cancer Centre. His expertise includes medical reconciliation, ADR reporting, and optimising chemotherapy regimens. He has also conducted prospective clinical research on therapeutic efficacy in chronic kidney disease patients.
